Instructions - When filling out the following questions, remember these things:

1. Have a maximum of 300 characters (letters, numbers, and spaces). If you exceed this limit, your write-up will be reduced in size and part of your write-up will not be printed. It may be wise to type your write-up in another program, check its length, and copy it into the grad write-up form.
2. No vulgar language or swearing.
3. No sexual or drug and alcohol related references.
4. Your IP number and MAC address will be recorded, and can be traced if necessary.

Remember that your write-up will be carefully edited, and any inappropriate information will be removed, or your entire write-up may not be printed in the yearbook!
