Yoga Club

 Teacher Advisor: Ms. Fairbrother

 

The Yoga Club is dedicated to sharing the philosophy and practice of yoga. We will focus on Hatha Yoga which is the yoga of asana or postures and mindful breathing. We will also learn about and discuss various aspects of meditation and yoga philosophy.
Yoga has many benefits including helping to manage stress, improve mental clarity, promote peace of mind and increase flexibility and fitness.


No prior experience is necessary and mats are provided.
