UNFC Program

The United Native Friendship Centre (UNFC) Alternative Secondary School Program is a partnership between the United Native Friendship Centre and the Rainy River District School Board.

The program is a satellite of Fort Frances High School, which has an excellent selection of academic courses available, providing UNFC students with expanded program opportunities and the option to re-enter the mainstream program at the high school.

Students

All students attending the alternative education program at UNFC must:

  • Attend school 18 hours per week

  • Complete a minimum of two lessons per day

  • Participate in weekly student meetings

  • Participate in school activities

  • Register at Fort Frances High School or online

    • If you are over 18, please use the adult registration form
