Application Guidelines

Please read and understand the following guidelines.  Applications will be available throughout Grad 2025 Google Classroom.

1. Only apply if you are going on to post-secondary studies in the 2024-2025 school year.
2. Only apply for those scholarships/bursaries that pertain to the program you will be entering in the fall.
3. Read and answer all questions carefully and honestly. If the application is not complete DO NOT hand it in.
4. Use blue or black pen only.
5. Hand writing has to be legible.
6. Grammar and spelling should be perfect.
7. Have someone proofread your work.
8. Unless otherwise stated, the student should fill out the application.
9. When marks are asked for:
• University bound students – pick the top 6 4U/M marks (these may include finals or mid-terms if a final is not available)
• College bound students – include all Grade 12 final marks or mid-term marks if final is not available.

10. Where an application asks for a “Credit Counseling Summary” or an “Official Transcript”, these will be attached to the application by the Guidance Department after the completed applications have been submitted.
